1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only under certain conditions such as:

    • Duplicate payments

    • Technical errors leading to failed transactions

    • Event cancellations initiated by CineAssociation

  • Membership fees, subscription charges, or service fees are generally non-refundable.

2. Refund Request Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us within 7 working days of the transaction at:

  • Your request must include:

    • Transaction ID / Receipt

    • Date of payment

    • Reason for refund request

3. Processing of Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Transaction charges, convenience fees, or processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after successful registration or purchase

  • Incomplete or incorrect information provided during registration

  • Services already delivered or partially used
